The measure “Energy Contribution to Third Sector Registered Organizations” started on November 8, 2023, recognizing a non-repayable contribution of up to 30,000 euros for the increase in electricity and natural gas costs incurred in the first three quarters of 2022 compared to the same period in 2021.
The financial allocation is 98.5 million euros. The platform for submitting applications is managed by Invitalia.
The benefits are intended for organizations registered in the National Register of the Third Sector.
In more detail, the following can benefit from the contribution:
- Organizations registered in the National Register of the Third Sector under Article 45 of Legislative Decree No. 117/2017.
- Volunteer organizations (ODV) still involved in the transmigration process under Article 54 of Legislative Decree No. 117/2017.
- Social promotion associations (APS) still involved in the transmigration process under Article 54 of Legislative Decree No. 117/2017.
- Non-profit organizations of social utility (ONLUS) under Legislative Decree No. 460 of December 4, 1997, registered in the relevant registry.
- Civilly recognized religious entities under Article 4, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree No. 117/2017.
