On February 28th, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at CNR – Area della Ricerca in Bologna, we would like to express our gratitude to ART-ER (Emilia-Romagna Consortium Company created to promote the sustainable growth of the region through the development of innovation and knowledge, attractiveness, and internationalization of the territory) for inviting us to share the story of Torino Social Impact within the framework of a co-design path for the establishment of a regional-level Research and Social Innovation HUB.
The path focuses on the construction of a research and social innovation hub as a place to co-build policies and initiatives that enable social innovation to become a model for research and innovation policies oriented towards social impact.
The goal of the meeting will be to define the objectives and purposes of the Research and Social Innovation HUB.
The testimony of Torino Social Impact serves as a stimulus for discussion and laboratory activities to be carried out subsequently with the stakeholders of the territory: why the birth of the TSI ecosystem, what has been the path, and what role it plays for the territory.
This intervention, following the one the previous day in Reggio Emilia, fits into the series of testimonials that the TSI ecosystem is called upon to bring at the national level to encourage the replication of a model recognized externally as effective and impact-generating.
Torino Social Impact now operates in a network with an increasing number of territories and entities at the national and European levels and contributes to a constant discussion on the creation of local ecosystems for the impact economy. In Italy, the dialogue is active with various realities: in addition to Milan, Genoa, Trento, now Bologna and Reggio Emilia, but also some areas in the center-south.
