This year, I3P, the Incubator of the Polytechnic University of Turin, will celebrate its 25th anniversary since its foundation: a significant milestone marked by the success of hundreds of startups supported over the years. To celebrate, I3P presents a new series of events titled “Sparks“: a collection of encounters with brilliant minds and prominent personalities not only from the world of technology but also from various fields, individuals who have left a lasting impact in their respective domains and beyond.

At the heart of Sparks are stories about the genesis of successful ideas, the origins of innovation, the obstacles faced, and how challenges were overcome to realize visions and establish themselves in the contemporary landscape. The aim is to inspire young talents and ignite the flame of creativity.

Sparks will debut on Tuesday, March 12, with guest Luca Foresti, a nationally renowned manager and investor. For over 14 years, Luca served as the CEO of the Santagostino Medical Center, leading its strategy, branding, technology, innovation, finance, and human resources. His mission was to provide accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare services to millions, leveraging the latest ICT solutions and a customer-centric approach. His passion for entrepreneurship and social impact continues to drive him to seek and support other CEOs and explore new investment opportunities in education, sustainability, and digital transformation.

The event also provides an opportunity to delve into how a scientific background—Luca Foresti studied Physics and Financial Mathematics—can offer valuable tools and allow the application of rigorous and innovative methods to solve real-world problems, optimizing processes and outcomes, especially in the entrepreneurial field.

How to Participate:

The event will take place on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, starting at 6:00 PM, in-person at the Agorà Room of the I3P incubator, located within the Polytechnic University of Turin Campus, accessible from the main gate at corso Castelfidardo 30/A and the pedestrian entrance at via Pier Carlo Boggio 59.

Participation in the event is free, but registration on Eventbrite is required.
