This cultural association – who has been operating in the heart of the Aurora – Borgo Rossini neighborhood for several years – provides an experience beyond culinary pleasure. A journey through future-oriented values, where local relationships become a vehicle to share and disseminate principles that might otherwise seem distant.

In a discovery dialogue with Margherita Frari, Head of the Qubì Cultural Association, we delve into this reality that has been upholding social and recycling philosophy for years.
