Labsus – Subsidiarity Lab

The Labsus association promotes the Collaboration Pacts and the Shared Administration of Common goods, according to the subsidiarity principle affirmed by article 118 of the Constitution. With “Patti. For the shared administration in the Turin Metropolitan Area “, Labsus is working with administrations, citizens, third sector organisations and companies in the Piedmont region. The regulations for collaboration between citizens and the administration have been adopted by more than 180 municipalities throughout Italy. The regulations constitute the first “translation” of the constitutional principle of subsidiarity into administrative-level provisions, operating on welfare and local development and on administrative innovation. The territorial group of Turin has opened Punto Labsus, at the hub Lombroso16 in the district of San Salvario.
