Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita – CRT Foundation, established in 2007 on the initiative of the CRT Foundation, is a non-profit organization focused on the development and growth of the local Piedmont and Val d’Aosta territory, by activating innovative initiative, in an impact investing logic.

The Foundation is focused on social impact investments with a pioneering and experimenting role for innovative actions and instruments. In these 12 years, it has dedicated considerable resources to funds of a social real estate nature and to funds that invest in companies with a social purpose, aiming to improve the offer of services and encourage the growth of a social entrepreneurial ecosystem, providing adequate resources, but also stimulating the entrepreneurial spirit, albeit with returns below the market. A gradual accompaniment that aims at the ability to sustain and evolve towards a fair and sustainable business model. The Foundation is committed to developing the tools of social impact finance.

The Foundation is active in the promotion of social impact by joining and supporting initiatives such as the Social Impact Agenda, Urbanpromo for housing policies, Social Value for impact assessment issues.
