Federalberghi actively participates in the promotion of local tourism, in collaboration with other organizations and entities tasked with this function. The specialization required for the profession of hotelier has necessitated the development of a consultancy structure different from that of other trade associations. Federalberghi pays particular attention to the political, financial, managerial, commercial, and technological challenges that every hotel operator must face daily. The experience of each individual entrepreneur is made available to the entire category through the Association.

Federalberghi plays a leading role in labor relations within the local and national tourism sector. The Association is directly involved in negotiating the labor contract for employees in the tourism sector and in all negotiations with trade unions regarding labor relations.
