ENGIM Foundation – National Organization of the Giuseppini del Murialdo, operates in Italy and abroad in vocational training as an arm of the Congregation of Saint Joseph – Giuseppini del Murialdo, founded in 1873 by Saint Leonardo Murialdo.

With 30 training centers across Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, and Lazio, serving nearly 10,000 students annually, ENGIM is accredited for mandatory training, continuous learning, advanced training, career guidance, and employment services.

ENGIM Piemonte is the regional foundation of ENGIM, active in the Piedmont area. It is registered with the National Register of the Third Sector (RUNTS).

ENGIM Piemonte ETS conducts training, career guidance, employment services, and development cooperation at multiple operational sites. Specifically, it is present with:

  • 6 training centers in the province of Turin, located in Nichelino, Pinerolo, Turin “Artigianelli,” Turin “San Luca,” Bonafous Chieri, and Carmagnola.
  • 1 training center in the Province of Cuneo, in Sommariva del Bosco.
  • 5 Employment Service Desks: in Turin, Nichelino, Pinerolo, and Sommariva del Bosco.
  • 1 International Office.
  • 1 Regional Coordination Office.

ENGIM Piemonte designs and implements educational services, academic and vocational guidance, and job-matching services, in sectors like industry, crafts, services, tourism, and social assistance.

It offers services for youth in mandatory education, employed and unemployed young people and adults, foreign nationals and migrants, individuals with disabilities, and those facing social and economic hardship.

ENGIM Piemonte collaborates closely with local authorities, businesses, educational and university institutions, social assistance services, and employment centers to identify training pathways that meet users’ needs and align with the economic sector’s demands.

It manages training and guidance activities funded by the Metropolitan City of Turin, the Piedmont Region, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, and the European Social Fund.

ENGIM Piemonte is also co-funded by the POR FSE 2014/2020 program – Call: Support for the professional training system to aid recovery from the Coronavirus emergency.

It organizes, upon request from companies/entities/associations/individuals, courses in skill updates, retraining, and continuous learning.

It meets companies’ training needs through courses funded by various interprofessional funds.

ENGIM Piemonte is accredited by the Piedmont Region for both Training and Guidance.
