Associazione Italiana Donne per l’Automotive (AIDA) was created to create a fair and sustainable environment in the automotive sector, promoting gender equality and valuing all diversity. We believe that collaboration between men and women, together with mutual support, is fundamental for progress and innovation.

What we do

• Promote the Culture of the Automobile and the territory: We are committed to enhancing the history and innovation of the automotive sector through events, exhibitions and collaborations with cultural institutions, spreading the culture of the automobile as a shared heritage.
• Support for Gender Equality Certification: AIDA supports gender equality certification, offering training, consulting and best practices to help companies create more inclusive workplaces and achieve certification.
• Mentoring and training: We offer mentoring and training programs that connect experienced professionals with young women and girls, providing guidance, inspiration and motivation for professional and personal growth.
• Orientation: We offer orientation programs for female students of all ages and support women in the workforce who want to redirect or develop their careers in the automotive sector, in collaboration with schools, universities and academies.
• Collaboration with Companies: We collaborate with companies in the sector to promote an inclusive culture, create a support network and share best practices for equity and sustainability.
