Mission and Activities

Agenzia Piemonte Lavoro supports individuals in actively searching for employment and assists businesses in selecting candidates that meet their needs.

It promotes the employment of the most vulnerable segments of the population through targeted placement (under Law 68/99), aimed at integrating people with disabilities into the workforce, and initiation to selection as provided by Article 16 of Law 56/1987. As a partner in the Eures network, it promotes European mobility opportunities.

It provides active labor market services to people with multidimensional needs, also through partnerships with public-private network entities.

It offers a wide range of services to businesses, such as personnel search and pre-selection, redeployment of workers displaced due to corporate crises, activation of internships for employment or re-employment, and consulting on hiring incentives and benefits.

It analyzes the local labor markets to identify transformative dynamics and provide individuals with useful information to define their professional project, as well as to assist regional decision-makers in planning measures and services.
