A voluntary organization made up of people who work or have worked at UniCredit, united by the common desire to lend their time and skills gained in their professional experience for the benefit of those working for the social development of the territory. The aim is to donate their “asset” to students who are planning their future, to new entrepreneurs who have started a micro-business, to entrepreneurs who want to grow in initiatives with a positive social impact and to all those who need support to improve their financial awareness and to access credit.

The services offered by the Volunteers, to date about 500, operating throughout the country, are:

• training (aimed at vulnerable segments of the population, students with the aim of providing new skills, integrated with school ones and helping them to orient themselves in future choices, in the school or professional sphere; students attending ITS for the development of skills in the economic-financial sphere; social enterprises on banking subjects such as business planning, structuring and bankability of projects; etc.);
• accompaniment (aimed at micro-entrepreneurs, social enterprises with the aim of supporting them in the search for sustainability and vulnerable people or people in difficulty, in the context of partnerships with organizations and subjects of the Third Sector);
• specialist consultancy on particular issues.
