TIRESIA – Technology, Innovation and REsearch for Social ImpAct is the research center of Politecnico di Milano that studies and interprets the transformations taking place in the impact economy ecosystem, analyzing the economic, financial, business and policy models through an approach that combines scientific research with applied and advisory activities.

Its main mission is to strengthen the capacity of individuals and organizations to generate positive social and environmental impact and to accompany them in the generation of innovative and transformative solutions to complex social problems.

Tiresia proposes an innovative and transformative vision of the way of doing business and finance where the traditional notion of social responsibility is replaced by a strategic vision in which sustainability and impact are at the center of the process of value creation of organizations. In this new approach, technology and proximity relationships play a key and enabling role.
