The Turin Bar Association is an entity of a public and associative nature with a self-governing function having the primary purpose of ensuring the quality of the activities carried out by the professionals belonging to it.
Such membership comes from the registration of the lawyer in the appropriate Register, which takes place and remains after appropriate checks on the existence of the necessary legal requirements.
With a view to the protection and development of professional activity, the Turin Bar Association, through its institutional representatives, can interact with other institutions and entities to offer technical and professional support.
With this in mind, within the Turin Bar Association, a specific Working Group has been formed, on a voluntary basis, interested in the in-depth study of some issues arising from the study of the listing of companies and entities with social impact and the analysis of a risk market with such characteristics.
This group, in synergy with representatives of the Turin Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts, aims in particular to examine the legal and fiscal issues arising from the application of national and European regulations to the new exchange market for securities with social impact.
