The Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors Order of Turin is a body of public nature and associative character with the function of self-governance having the main purpose of ensuring the quality of the activities carried out by the professionals belonging to it.
This membership results from the Chartered Accountant’s registration in the appropriate Roll, which takes place and remains after appropriate verifications regarding the existence of the necessary legal requirements.
With a view to the protection and development of professional activity, the Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors Order of Turin, through its institutional representatives, can interact with other institutions and entities to offer technical and professional support.
In this perspective, within the Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors Order of Turin, a specific Working Group has been formed, on a voluntary basis, interested in the in-depth study of some issues arising from the study of the listing of companies and entities with social impact and the analysis of a risk market with these characteristics.
This group, in synergy with representatives of the Turin Bar Association, aims in particular to examine legal and tax issues arising from the application of national and European regulations to the new exchange market for securities with social impact.
