The company operates through the conception, planning and organisation of activities inspired by the principle of the right to good, clean and fair food for all in the conviction that until even one person on the planet has access to it, we will not stop fighting to guarantee it. In particular, it is involved in the organisation of trade fair events (Terra Madre Salone del Gusto-Turin, Cheese-Bra, Slow Fish-Genoa, Slow Wine-Bologna, Birre d’Italia-Rome), consultancy services (company canteens, catering, gastronomic events), fundraising, operations services for related bodies (Slow Food Italia Aps, International Slow Food Association, Slow Food Foundation for Biodiversity Onlus, Slow Food Editore Srl, Banca del Vino Sc, Albergo dell’Agenzia Srl).
