Founded in 1995, BGR tax and legal has offices in Turin and Milan and is active in the tax and legal sector for companies and multinationals, both Italian and foreign, for banks and financial intermediaries, as well as for Third Sector Organisations. Thanks to a team of 45 people, including chartered accountants, lawyers and staff, the firm offers tax, corporate and business consultancy also in the international field. Professionals sit on the governing or controlling bodies of various entrepreneurial and non-profit entities.

In 2021, the Firm launched a new ESG Consulting Line, accompanying companies and Third Sector Organisations in defining their sustainability strategy and preparing and updating their Sustainability Reporting documents (ie: non-financial statements-DNF; social and sustainability reports). Furthermore, in 2022, the benefit company BGR-bility S.r.l. was established, with the aim of supporting young companies and start-ups rooted in ESG values in their growth path.
