We aim to provide an inclusive sports experience for children facing economic, social, and cultural disadvantages in accessing sports and outdoor activities, with special attention to the inclusion of disabled children and those at risk of exclusion.
This goal is achieved through the organization and management of completely free ski courses, in collaboration with schools, individual educational institutions, and other Third Sector organizations.
The “Totta’s Ski Course 2024-25” is now in its third season, ensuring continuity for children who participated in previous editions while also expanding the total number of participants with new beginners.
Our project aims to organize and manage high-quality, completely free ski courses for 140 children.
The course will take place over 10 days throughout the season, following the school calendar. It will be entirely free for both schools and families.
Sciare per Sorridere will provide children with:
- Group ski lessons on the slopes of Via Lattea in Sestriere, Turin
- Transportation to the mountains by bus
- Ski equipment rental
- Full ski apparel
- Lift pass and meals
The weekly repetition of lessons ensures a structured and educational sports experience. This principle supports the 10-day course duration throughout the season and encourages continued participation in following years.
