NC Formazione Lavoro is a project dedicated to the qualification, certification and recruitment of professionals in the domestic work sector. Specifically, the project offers tailored courses for housekeepers, babysitters, and caregivers, with the goal of providing practical and theoretical training that meets the current needs of families. These courses are designed to enhance professional skills, equipping participants with the tools needed to perform their daily tasks more effectively and competently.
Thanks to the support of Ebincolf, the training, involving all social partners that signed the sector’s National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), is entirely free and enables participants to obtain a nationally recognized skills certification that complies with UNI 11766:2019 standards. The project aims to create a skilled workforce capable of working with expertise, responsibility, and care in an environment that fosters mutual respect and professional growth.
A recruitment service to enhance skills and build connections
In addition to training, NC Formazione Lavoro offers a domestic staff recruitment and selection service currently active in the cities of Turin, Milan, and Florence, with the aim of expanding it nationwide. This service is designed to support families in identifying qualified and certified professionals, enhancing acquired skills and promoting a transparent and inclusive labor market.
Through a rigorous and personalized process, NC Formazione Lavoro facilitates the match between supply and demand for qualified work, contributing to the creation of an ecosystem that fosters mutual trust and adherence to contractual regulations.
