The project aims to develop an impact measurement model to enhance the value of real estate assets and support urban redevelopment in the City of Turin. The objective is to establish a method for granting discounts to individuals interested in purchasing properties for socially valuable projects. The city faces the dual challenge of unsold properties and the need to address social issues.

Following a preliminary analysis phase and an assessment of public finance constraints, alongside legal and contractual profiles, the current phase focuses on calculating the impact and defining the discount. The launch and communication of the initiative are planned for 2025, following the completion of testing and modeling.
