Design Your Impact (DYI) is a theoretical and practical, immersive and multidisciplinary knowledge-acceleration program aimed to support and accompany the growth of social impact projects that aim to become business opportunities by:
- accelerating the acquisition of practical knowledge and a specific and contemporary language, typical of Social Innovation and social entrepreneurship;
- providing concrete methodologies and tools, to be applied to the project proposal and to allow its structuring and implementation
- supporting the development of design and managerial soft skills;
- supporting the generation of relationships with relevant stakeholders to support the project evolution;
- promoting and disseminating the project on the territory through the channels owned by SocialFare and those of our partners.
Beneficiaries
The program is aimed at all those who want to develop new skills in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship with a social impact, with a specific vocation for the creation of a Social Enterprise:
- Informal or established project teams (companies, cooperatives, associations, etc.) interested in developing entrepreneurial projects and / or opportunities in response to contemporary social challenges.
- Companies and other established entities that want to innovate internally in terms of product, service, process or model to design and build social impact.
The beneficiaries can access the DYI program through ad hoc calls, launched twice a year at national level.
Program structure: Design Your Impact is structured in 5 thematic modules, followed by a day of restitution of the work conducted: the pitch day.
The program, based on the “experiential learning” approach, is provided in two ways:
- intensive: (1.5 months) 5 consecutive weeks + pitch day
- extensive: (3 months) 10 weeks + pitch day
