We are looking for volunteer coaches to guide and inspire in social entrepreneurship.
Your mission? To accompany ambitious women by providing them with the skills and encouragement they need to turn their dreams into successful social enterprises.

Why U.Power?
U.Power is an Erasmus+ project that offers training and support to aspiring female social entrepreneurs, helping them turn their ideas into concrete realities that will have a big impact on the world.
Our mission is to provide free tools and training to empower their extraordinary ideas and open doors to new opportunities.

Your Adventure as a Coach
Your days with us, spread between 14-15 December 2023 and 10-11 January, from 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm, will be full of discovery. We will prepare you with the best coaching techniques and give you an in-depth overview of social entrepreneurship. And don’t worry, the training will be online so you can participate wherever you live.
And at the end, a nice certificate to celebrate your commitment.

Your Impact
What you will do is essential: after your training, you will go through a training with at least two women in need, for whom you will be a reference point that will help them navigate towards their entrepreneurial dreams. It will be a journey of mutual growth!
